Returns Policy
What are the return conditions?
Have you ordered an item that you don't like, or have you simply changed your mind?
We promise to reimburse you.
Refunds will be considered if the item is returned in conditions suitable for resale, i.e. unworn and returned in their original packaging, within 14 days of receipt.
During “sales” periods, the return period is also 14 days.
To avoid size errors, do not hesitate to refer to our size guide when ordering, and to ask for advice by telephone on 06 75 51 17 57. Return at the customer's expense.

Upon receipt of the package, our quality department will judge the condition of the returned merchandise. No returns will be accepted and therefore no refund will be made if the returned product is worn, soiled, damaged and/or if the product is made unfit for sale. Any returned item must therefore include all of its original labels (barcode, composition) in its perfectly intact original packaging.
If your return is refused, you will be informed by e-mail, otherwise automatically refunded within 15 days of receipt of your return by our logistics center.
Reimbursement is made by bank transfer or PayPal.
Return costs are your responsibility. We only refund the price of the items invoiced.
